On the morning of November 7^th, 2018, Liu Li, President of BLCU and his entourage visited Beijing International Studies University (BISU) and met with Ji Jinbiao, President of BISU. The two sides held a discussion on how to carry out scientific research cooperation and jointly build a "community of discipline construction" based on ACLR. On behalf of the two universities, President Liu Li and President Ji Jinbiao signed a cooperation agreement.
