The project witnesses the first systematic and comprehensive construction of a large-scale database with Russian-Chinese parallel resources atdifferent language levels, to support the R&D and upgrading of automatic translation and other language intelligence system (This part is for Language Service). The construction of business knowledge query system is provided with bilingual text database in the field of economy and trade and will realize industrial application in the business sector (This part is for Business Service, i.e. language applied in specific field). Based on the framework of Language Service《==》Domain Service, the project will gradually develop intelligent “xy Service” backed up by big data (x stands for country or region, e.g. France, Hong Kong; y stands for domain or field, e.g. education, science and technology). The project, taking language as the key to unlock the world, helps enhance national language capabilities, and contribute to the Belt and Road Initiative.
