Large-scale Knowledge Graph Resource Collection for the Winter Olympics
May 31, 2019

This resource is the result of ACLR's research project Knowledge Graph-based Intelligent Q&A Program for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games. The project manager is Sun Le, chief expert of ACLR and Professor of the Institute of Software of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Fragmented knowledge related to the Winter Olympics was scattered on different websites on the Internet. In order to organize the knowledge together, the project team explored various ways in data mining, knowledge extraction, and knowledge fusion. They obtained and integrated these knowledge resources on the Internet and in other media at home and abroad, and built a large-scale knowledge graph for the Beijing Winter Olympics. The knowledge graph covers 1.8 million knowledge points and 5 classes of core entities (events, games, athletes, competitions, participating teams), with rich connection between different entities, providing powerful resource support to knowledge display, intelligent knowledge Q&A and other upper-level applications.

This resource provides users with knowledge query and browsing services in the form of web pages:
