On April 15, 2019, Li Yuming, the Director of ACLR led a team to visit Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales ( INALCO)and discuss on co-developing MOOC programs and relevant scientific research. During their discussion, the two parties reached a consensus on how to co-build the MOOC program on Dongba language and how to collaborate on language and culture research. At last, the two parties formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

Participants of this meeting include Professor Jean-François Huchet (President of INALCO), Professor Ivan Smilauer (Vice President for Digital Programs), Professor Luc-Willy Deheuvels (Director of the MOOC program and former Vice President), Professor Joël Bellassen, Dr. Jue Wang from the University of Geneva, Associate ProfessorXiaohai Liu (Deputy Director of ACLR).
