On April 17th, 2019, Prof. Li Yuming, Director of ACLR, visitd the School of French Language and Culture and Language Center of University of Geneva with his entourage and helda discussion with concerned experts and scholars.
At the meeting, both sides cleared the intention of cooperation. Their cooperations included developing and advertising MOOC on Dongba language, developing MOOC and related researches on other languages, conducting research and cooperation on language policies of Chinese-spoken and French-spoken countries, carrying out study on the Chinese and French interlanguages, providing teacher training and learner educationto whom take French or other languages as second language, etc. After the meeting, the two sides officially sign a Memorandum of Cooperation, agreeing upon starting joint scientific research through exploration, communication and cooperationso as to give a full play to their advantages.
Associate Prof. Roberto Paternostro, Director of the Language Center of University of Geneva, Dr. Wang Jue, Dr. Mariana Fonseca Favre, Madam Inna Vuilliomenet, Associate Professor Liu Xiaohai, Deputy Director of ACLR, and Lei Yang, Manager of Scientific Management of ACLR, attended the meeting.
