The China-Russia Intelligent Language and Commerce Services Platform is the result of ACLR's research project Sino-Russia Economic and Trade Cooperation Information Database and Russian-Chinese Intelligent Services Platform. The project manager is Professor Fu Xingshang, chief expert of ACLR. The system mainly includes the following four parts:

1. Russian-Chinese translation platform: give feedback within seconds and search freely.

2. Russian-Chinese automatic translation platform: translate between Russian and Chinese within seconds.

3. Economic and trade knowledge query platform: retrieve answers within seconds, and meet the needs of investigation and decision-making for governments, enterprises, and chambers of commerce.

4. International mobile negotiation room (an APP) can simulate international negotiations online.
